У меня была такая проблема, компьютеры то появлялись, то пропадали в GLPI, редко, но имело место. Оказывается правило "Computer import (by serial + uuid)" обрабатывало первым, а агент не мог прислать корректные serial и uuid, может их и не было в старых материнских платах, и там была просто запись словами у нескольких материнских плат, и они перезаписывали друг друга. Тестами это определил, поменял местами правила и нет проблем.
Имейте ввиду, правила обрабатываются сверху вниз, какое правило первым сработает то и применятся, нужно их расположение правильно выставлять! По этому рекомендую по степени важности расположить, а не отключать правила импорта компьютеров.

Thanks @krogac for your reply. I've found the problem. It seems "taskscheduler" do not run. I access "Setup--> Automatic Action --> Taskcheduler" click Execute and it work like a charm. But another problem appear, "Discovery Status" indicate that my network have Total 3 devices (1 router, 1 computer and 1 phone) and "Device not imported" show 3 device too. I think problem might related to "Rule".

After Network Discovery scan the last IP in IP range. System indicate that Perl interpreter has been stop and show error meesage as below in console.
